In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, 211 Central have increased their capacity to respond to urgent needs and share data with government, funders and community partners.  This means we continue to connect people quickly to the services they need most such as financial help, employment services, mental health, food, childcare and support for seniors, even as call volumes increased dramatically at the height of the first wave.  Their 24/7 confidential service, in over 150 languages, connects people to programs and services in Toronto, Peel, York and Durham Regions.
