Serving Black Youth Living in Peel Region

Black 2SLGBTQ+ Youth Groups
The Black Loud & Proud program for youth ages 12 to 29 is dedicated to fostering resilience, developing peer support networks, and celebrating our vibrant community. This multifaceted initiative offers comprehensive free wrap-around services designed to meet the diverse needs of our participants.
Our program includes group support sessions where youth can share their experiences and build solidarity, as well as service navigation to help them access essential resources and opportunities in a safe space, at no cost. Additionally, individual counselling is available to provide personalized guidance and support.
Participants can engage in a variety of enriching activities, from listening to inspiring guest speakers and participating in skill-building workshops to joining guided conversations that delve into important topics. We also offer recreational events that promote fun and relaxation, and open discussions that encourage the free exchange of ideas and perspectives.
Through these diverse offerings, our program aims to empower Black 2slgbtq+ youth, helping them to thrive and succeed while strengthening the bonds within our community.
