Growing Bodies, Healthy Minds is an interactive program for caregivers and children to be physically active together while learning the benefits of regular exercise and healthy eating habits. Caregivers will learn various exercise routines and healthy recipes, which they can model to their children to promote a lifelong, healthy lifestyle. Through this program, children will further develop their gross and fine motor skills such as hopping, running, skipping, jumping, grasping, and pinching. Children will also learn strategies for self-regulation through various activities such as: storytelling, breathing exercises, meditations and yoga poses.
